The Details For our Fabrication Setup Are As Follows:
CNC LASER cutting: The Inhouse 7-meter x 2.2 meter CNC laser cutting machine at the fabrication shop is capable to produce precision cut components at high speeds.
With metal thickness up to 20 mm, resulting in negligeable grinding time before welding is performed.
CNC Press brake: The 320 tons hydraulic CNC press brake ensures precise degree bends at a maximum component length of up to 3.2 meters, making it easier to build structural components with bends, reducing the need for throughout welding & improving the aesthetics at the same time.
Robotic welder: The company has state of the art Fanuc brand welding robot which works along a Trans synergic MIG welding source to further enhance the fabrication process.
